Navalis in mangrove habitat 2022-11-10T17:58:40+00:00 Yumima Sinyo yumima@unkhair.ac.id Kadri Daud kadraidaud@gmail.com
The osmoregulation mechanism of T. navalis is a special adaptation method that makes T. navalis able to defend itself in the environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the osmoregulation mechanism in molluscs T. navalis in the mangrove trunk habitat of Rhizopora sp and Avicennia sp, and was a case study research using purposive sampling and experimental methods. The procedure for researching osmoregulation patterns and osmoregulation mechanisms is carried out with the following procedures: Preparing tools and materials, determining the area of the research site in Gotowasi Village with a length of 500 meters and a width of 100 meters using a roller meter, determining the research stations, namely station I in the north and station II in the south in water conditions at low and high tide. Observing the object, namely T. navalis and its osmoregulation mechanism in the mangrove stem habitat of Rhizopora sp, Avicennia sp and Rhizopora at stations I and II, then described the osmoregulation mechanism. The results showed that the osmoregulation mechanism of T. navalis can be described through the analysis of the osmotic work level which is in the range of values of 3 mOsm/l H2O to 286 mOsm/l H2O and the results of determining the osmoregulation pattern are isoosmotic, iso-hyperosmotic, and hyperosmotic patterns
2022-10-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Jurnal Tata Lingkungan dan Kebijakan
